With Rapid prototyping, we provide our customers with tangible, testable product in fast turn around situations. Combining our knowledge and experience to bring quality product to you. We understand the design process in R&D work, and pride ourselves on working with our customers to bring them the best product we can. 

CAD DESIGN

We pair our Manufacturing expertise with the ability and knowledge of CAD design. Working with full assembly models or single parts allows for a better understanding both on the manufacturing side as well as helping you see your product and tune it to your needs both mechanically and aesthetically.

With full rendering abilities as well, we can help you visualize your concepts in real time.  

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

With many of our "hands on" methods to helping our customers, we also provide a project management service for the more complex assemblies that require multiple types of manufacturing styles or services. This often is the case for most assemblies, and putting all parts under one organized system of testing and management helps limit unwanted or unforeseen complications in the assembly process.

Providing mechanical assembly at the source of manufacturing helps limit fitment issues or mechanical irregularities.
